Assos View Villas management is following Greece’s hygiene protocol regarding the function of hotels and has adapted it, taking into account the new safety measures.

ACCOMODATION

– Each villa is self-contained, with no contact with guests in other villas.
– Each villa has its own umbrella on its veranda or by the pool. There is no need for you to move from your assigned space. You can enjoythe hospitality of Assos View Villas from your own private space.
– There is no joint reception in the resort. Check-in/check-out is conducted through a unique code for each villa.
– Each villa has its own well-equipped kitchen. No meals are served.

In addition to all basic measures taken to avoid transmission of the COVID-19 coronavirus such as hand hygiene, use of antiseptics, avoidance of handshakes, and observance of physical distancing, our main protective measures include:

GENERAL

– Antiseptic for use by clients.
– Electronic payment of accommodation expenses and electronic dispatch of accounts, invoices and receipts.
– Disinfection of keycards and keys.
– Extension of timing between checkin and checkout between visitors (checkout by 11:00 a.m. and checkin starting at 3:00 p.m.
– Increased hygienic cleansing in all public areas and in particular of “high risk” items (e.g. doorknobs).
– Checking dishwasher and washing machine operations in regards totemperature and detergent dosage use.
– Attention to keeping laundry in good, clean condition during storageand premise transport.
– In the event of a suspected case, we apply the instructions provided by the National Public Health Organization (NPHO).

VILLAS

– Prohibition of non-residents to room entry.
– Cleaning and ventilation of rooms during the time between stays.
– Personnel equipment (gloves, masks, gowns, closed shoes). The cleaning staff carefully observe all basic measures to avoid transmission of the COVID-19 coronavirus
– There is no daily change of laundry and towels or evening preparation, except only at customers’ request.
– Removal of decorative objects (pillows and bed covers).
– Removal of shared multi-purpose objects such as menus, magazines, etc.
– Installation of disposable covers on the TV and air conditioning control units.
– Written notification to clients of when and how rooms were cleaned.
– Installation of antiseptic devices in each room.
– Daily opening of doors and windows for natural ventilation.
– Compliance with hygiene rules by staff when sorting soiled linens using appropriate measures.
– Use of appropriate disinfection materials on seats, tables, storage boxes, staff notification buttons and price lists.

SWIMMING POOLS

– Compliance with rules for the cleaning of recreational water facilities: regular cleaning and disinfection, according to the circular of the Ministry of Health.
– Proper operation and maintenance of chlorination systems in accordance with the applicable legislation.
– PH adjustment: pH values in recreational water installations to be maintained within the limits laid down by current legislation.
– The maximum number of people allowed in the pool at any given time shall not be greater than one bather per 5 sq. m. of water surface.
